I love these sketches. I am in awe of your talent.
Life drawing classes in Guernsey: you could try the Adult Education sessions which start up again in September; there's usually a life-drawing class. That's all there is that I know of. They run for about 5-6 weeks, and you aren't left to do your own thing which I found very frustrating. Maybe we aught to get a group of like-minded people together and see if we can 'rent' a model or two?....
